William Serratore serves as the Director of Sustainability for the City of Yonkers, where he leads citywide environmental and energy initiatives. His leadership has resulted in millions of dollars in clean energy investment, major green infrastructure improvements, and the installation of dozens of EV charging stations—delivering substantial cost savings and climate benefits. With over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and 15 years in local and state government, he has been a trusted advisor to Mayor Mike Spano and currently chairs the Yonkers Green City Advisory Committee while also serving on the Westchester County Climate Smart Communities task force.
