There are a variety of incentives available for energy efficiency and clean heating and cooling offered by your Utility Company, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Utility Rebates

Both of the major utilities, Con Edison and NYSEG, offer incentives for heat pump installations under the NYS Clean Heat program.

NYSERDA Incentives

NYSERDA offers incentives for a wide range of energy efficiency upgrades, covering a variety of home types – including rental properties.
