Dane is an attorney with Sive, Paget & Riesel P.C. This boutique environmental law firm advises public, private, and non-profit clients on various environmental and energy topics. Dane’s practice focuses on an environmental review of renewable energy development projects, environmental and land use litigation, and regulatory compliance counseling. Since joining Sive, Paget & Riesel, Dane has served as special counsel to Sustainable Westchester on various matters, including contractual and regulatory procedures associated with the Westchester Power program.
Dane holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. Before joining Sive, Paget & Riesel in 2019, Dane served as a federal judicial clerk on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Outside work, he enjoys reading, yoga, and hiking with his wife and three dogs.
