Project Manager Commercial Clean Heating & Cooling

Harleen Srivastava

Harleen joined Sustainable Westchester in October 2020 as a Project Manager to assist in the coordination and enhancement of the Commercial Clean Heating & Cooling (CCH&H) Program.

Harleen worked at NYC Mayor’s Office of Sustainability and, as a trusted technical advisor to the City, offered products and services to help building owners and property managers with energy efficiency strategies. She also provided guidance on compliance with local laws for achieving the City’s climate goals. Harleen has worked with corporations to prepare their corporate sustainability reporting disclosures and carbon accounting. Prior to moving to the US, she worked for eight years as an IT professional at various stages of software development life-cycle in India.

Harleen holds Masters degrees in Sustainability Management, Business Administration and Software Systems and is also a LEED Green Associate and a Six Sigma Green Belt. She is passionate about topics around environmental and social sustainability and has been aligning her work to the LEED framework, UN SDGs and the concept of Circular Economy.

Harleen currently resides in NYC with her two sons. When she is not working, she enjoys listening to any kind of music and loves to play golf or badminton.
